Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin is an American comedy writer, director and YouTuber podcaster, and advocate for mental health. She was previously an editor at BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 along with her the writer she partnered with and her friend Gabe Dunn to pursue work on their YouTube channel for comedy Just Between Us. Raskin was born on June 20, 1989 at Manhattan, New York, to Jewish parentage. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts degree at the University of Southern California. Jamin Raskin is an American lawyer, professor of law and politician. She has been in the position of U.S. Representative for Maryland's 8th district congressional district in 2017 since her birth on the 13th day of December 1962. Lead prosecutor of Trump's Second impeachment trial was also a professor of law. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided to not run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat and will instead seek reelection in the House and hopes to become chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac as well as others wealthy suburbs of areas like the Washington, D.C. area are all part of the district. Rockville is the biggest of these neighborhoods.
